Chuck Kellogg from Pleasure-Way
Pleasure-Way’s manufacturer rep, Chuck Kellogg, finds his greatest
pleasure in making the right match between a customer and an RV. “My biggest
strength is being able to understand a person’s intended lifestyle,” says
Chuck. With many years of on-the-floor retail experience behind him, he has
learned to start every conversation with a simple — yet very effective —
question: “Tell me, how did you arrive at this moment of wanting an RV?” Once
customers open up about exactly who they are and how they plan to use their
motorhome, Chuck kicks into matchmaking gear. Day or night, he’s ready to
answer questions, provide information and make the purchase experience as
pleasurable as the RV itself. “My biggest reward is hearing how my product
