This recipe is great for quick or easy breakfast; it packs in the protein in less than five minutes. Serve with a piece of whole wheat toast and a glass of orange juice for a complete breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg per Omelet
- Favorite Omelet Ingredients
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- Microwaveable Cup
- 1 Tsp. Milk
Cooking Instructions:
- Spray the Microwaveable Cup with Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- Crack Egg into the Cup
- Whip the Egg
- Add Favorite Omelet Ingredients
- Add Milk
- Cook in Microwave for 1 Minute
- Remove and Whip Ingredients
- Cook in Microwave for Another 1 Minute
- Remove and Let Sit for a Minute
Once out of the microwave and rests for a minute put a plate on top of the cup and turn upside down. Top with a few more of your favorite omelet fixings to finish. Enjoy!
