This recipe is great for quick or easy breakfast; it packs in the protein in less than five minutes. Serve with a piece of whole wheat toast and a glass of orange juice for a complete breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg per Omelet
  • Favorite Omelet Ingredients
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • Microwaveable Cup
  • 1 Tsp. Milk

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Spray the Microwaveable Cup with Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  2. Crack Egg into the Cup
  3. Whip the Egg
  4. Add Favorite Omelet Ingredients
  5. Add Milk
  6. Cook in Microwave for 1 Minute
  7. Remove and Whip Ingredients
  8. Cook in Microwave for Another 1 Minute
  9. Remove and Let Sit for a Minute

Once out of the microwave and rests for a minute put a plate on top of the cup and turn upside down. Top with a few more of your favorite omelet fixings to finish. Enjoy!
