Ernie, Your opening window states our applicance operating voltage is 110 volts. Later in your demo you say 120 volts is just right. I know the 120 voltage is the proper voltage. You may be miss leading RV ers on this subject.

Just bought one of these things and was wondering how it worked and what I could use it for. How does one go about getting someone to walk them through the various ways a voltmeter can be used to test fuses, plugs, etc.. Thanks

Good question Don. They are repairable. The average repair takes about 3-4 hours per window by a certified technician. I am the glass shop manager at Lazydays and I can personally help you answer your questions by calling me at 800-282-7800 Ext.4450.
